A delightful banana bread recipe sweetened with honey, perfect for any occasion.
3 | Ripe bananas, mashed |

3⁄4 | cup Honey |
3 | tablespoons Vegetable oil |
1 | Egg |
2 | tablespoons Milk |
2 1⁄2 | cups All-purpose flour |
3 | teaspoons Baking powder |
1⁄2 | teaspoon Salt |

| 1. | Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. |

| 2. | In a large bowl, place the ripe bananas and thoroughly mash them with a fork. Add honey, milk, egg, and vegetable oil. Stir well to combine. |
| 3. | Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir the mixture only until all ingredients are combined. |
| 4. | Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick or wooden skewer inserted into the bread comes out clean. |
| 5. | Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before gently inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely. |
